Playoffs

WOW.. I don't know what's going on.. Memphis beating people, Russ shooting more than KD, Lakers getting SWEPT/smacked in the last game.. I aint even a Laker fan, but I even felt bad like, yall aint got no Heart or what? Heat dismantling my C's? Bulls pushing through tho I see.. Since my C's out, I'm riding with the Bulls tho, just gon voice that now.. But let's speak on these Conference Finals matchups, right quick..

In the East we got the Bulls and Heat.. Very interesting matchup.. Bulls won all 3 games in the regular season, but as the Heat showed last round with the Celtics, the regular season low key don't matter.. Prior to game one, I'm already thinking that the matchup is very good.. DRose will demonlish Bibby and Chalmers so prolly gon put DWade on him and that's gon get Wade tired from chasing that guy around after having to chase Ray Allen around the previous round, and on top of that Wade gon have to go against a steady dose of pretty good defenders in Keith Bogans, Brewer, and even Kyle Korver (he is iiiight when it comes to D).. The matchup of Luol Deng and Bron James is pretty good, Deng can't shut him down, but can be a nuisance, and with Bron, who isn't a great moves guy cuz he'd rather just go by people and dunk, that can be a problem for him.. Plus Deng brings a little O on the other side of the ball.. At the bigs spot, the frontline of Noah, Boozer, Taj Gibson and that huge white guy (ahahha forgot his name) should be enough to handle Bosh and umm, that's it, ahahah.. So after seeing game one.. Sheesh I aint think the Bulls would dub the Heat, but I guess they was just on.. And umm..

Jean Claude Van Dam, that's Disgusting (J.Cole voice).. Hahahha.. It happens to everyone, but when it happens, sheesh.. But anyway.. I don't see there being another blowout, either way, in this series.. I'm gon go head and call it Bulls in 7..

West side of things, we got the Mavs and OKC.. Offense vs offense yet again.. Idk who can guard this guy Dirk, I thought L.O. was the perfect matchup, but he torched the Lakers so maybe he's "unguardable".. Prior to Game one, I'm thinking maybe Ibaka and KD will share the load of guarding him, and KD can still drop 30 40, Russ drop 20 25, and James Harden put in bout 15, and shorten the amount of treys the Mavs hit and they should be straight.. Mavs gonna have to kill with Dirk and Terry as usual, get a solid spark from JJ, and use a steady dose of Marion, Stephenson, and Brewer to guard KD and hold him in check and they should be iight.. After watching Game 1, this guy Dirk is unguardable ahahah.. Sheesh, he made that lil fade away jumper look like a free throw, oohp, by which he hit something like 23 straight give or take.. I say Ibaka or whoever wants to guard this guy needa get in his body and stay in his shot pocket (on his right) and just contest, he gon make some, not 12 of 15 like last night though.. JJ was the reason why they won tho, cuz KD had 40 as well, but had no help.. Russ had an awful shooting night, but he still tryna find out where he can score.. Dirk will not shoot like that again, I'm pretty sure, ahahah.. So the matchup should be coo, I'll throw this one to 7 as well, and I'm gon call..... OKC with the 4-3..

You know, the usual segment or rant about relationships.. Been a couple recent talks about the Game itself.. It's a Game whether you like it or not, it's reality.. From the jump, people basically out for one thing, guys and girls alike.. Why? Tell them that it's Human Nature.. Now, the Game is to play or get played, it's going to happen to everyone, even if you don't feel like you playing someone, there's a chance that you are, and if you aint feeling like you getting played, there's a chance you are.. Misconception is that men play more.. Now, I don't do surveys and shi, but from experience/hear say/etc. the game is played both ways.. Woman are more "secretive" about it, but it's all the same.. So that whole notion that men bout games can officially be deaded.. So if you not playing, or getting played, then you are either in a solid relationship or just straight single.. Now, for the game to end, there has to be a reciprocal action of not playing the game by the two people within the relationship.. Hard position to come to, with the risk of being hurt and all that stuff, but when that point is reached it's coo beans.. Til then, Play on playa..

Iight, so this kinda urked me a little bit.. Twitter be heavy during Playoff games (ummm follow me @dnorrisii) so of course the Timeline be going crazy round those times.. So the day that the Lakers got smacked, there was this buzz of Kobe will never be better than MJ talk.. Now let me throw out the fact that I aint saying dude is better already.. It's coo to say that he won't be better, but the basis of people arguments is what irritated me.. Many were saying, just cuz he didn't win that 6th ring, or the fact that they got damn near 40 pieced.. Pause kinfolk.. A ring doesn't define you as a great player.. People already saying Bron is Top 20 greatest, already, and he doesn't even have one ring, so chill on the ring talk.. Even if Kobe got to 6 people would still hate on him, cuz they feel he's an asshole, and all he cares about is the Game.. What people fail to realize is that Mike Jordan was the same way, the Game was everything.. Like when Bron complained about playing on Christmas or whatever, Kobe or MJ would never say that, at least in public.. Then people kept saying that MJ, would have never loss by 40 in a close out game.. Umm, did you people realize that the Mavs bench themselves score 86, while the Lakers as a team scored that same 86? And they hit like 64% from 3? That's crazy stats, I'm not sure Mike could have done anything like that.. Now Kobe could have dropped 70, and really should have, but that aint the easiest of things to do.. But, all in all, Kobe is not better than Jordan, but he's the closet one.. Hahhaha..

Life is good, lyf is good.. Feeling really good folks, like abnormally good.. For reasons that's unknown.. But umm, what upppp..

Catch it up right quick.. Grinding through this schoo crap for another month, while everyone gets out in a week or two, but oh well.. Boutta start looking for a j o b.. My mans NeLoc said finding a job is like tryna find 2Pac.. Hahahah.. He's low key correct.. I applied at Target a week ago online and left my availability open 24 hours a day 7 days a week.. And they somehow didn't even want to see the kid for an interview.. This why niggas sell drugs, ahahah, can't even get an interview dude, really? I'd rather they had told me in an interview that I'm terrible than to not have a chance at all, like why are you even hiring? Makes 0 sense to me, like no money.. That was a little rant but we back..

Playoffs or Osama Been Hidin?..

Playoffs.. Well most of my picks were correct.. The Spurs really f'd up with that L, cuz they way too old now to win another one.. But lets chalk up these Conference Semifinals right quick..

Miami and Boston: Best matchup, hands down.. This series should low key be one of the greatest, (hopefully).. Rondo should kill Bibby.. Ray Ray and Wade gon be even througout the series, cuz Jesus Shuttleworth seems to not miss 3's ever, and Wade on and off every other game.. Bron and PSpuared matchup favors Bron cuz Pierce gon expend a lot of energy guarding this guy and gon lose some on the O side of things.. KG should kill Mr. Raptor aka Chris Bosh (dude really looks like a Raptor, like thee actual dinosaur).. Center spot is a stalemate, I don't even wanna speak on that.. I want the Celtics to win, but it's going to be very difficult especially if the Heat lock up like they did in Game 1.. I see the C's pulling it out with Jeff Green stepping up and doing what he can, scoring 12-15 while spelling Pierce and helping to lock Bron.. I'm going Game 7 with a Boston W.. Oohp, watch for the resurgence of that man Shaquille "The Diesel" Oneal.. Bet..

Lakers and Mavs: Pretty good matchup right here.. I mean the Lakers are the Lakers, period.. They forever have Kobe, ankle and all and Pau Gasol/Gasoft and the rest.. Mavs is very stacked so they can hang with LA for sure.. People sleep on how niice this guy Dirk is too.. I mean dude is really good, even though he's a 7 foot jump shooter, he's not like Big Z aka Jigsaw from the Saw flicks, meaning he don't just stand and shoot wide open crap, he hits these one footed leaner runner shots with ease.. I see this going to Game 7 with every game being close except for maybe 2 in which each team blows each other out by like 15.. I'm going defending champs Lakers in this one..

Bulls and Hawks: First off, D.Rose, you can not get hurt ahahahha.. How'd this guy tweak his ankle at the end of the game man? Really?.. (Real life just shook my head so "smh").. I've gotten immune to the lower seed winning the first game in these playoffs, so the Hawks win tonight doesn't shock me, I see them winning two games at least anyway.. Rose will have to do his whole 30+ a game in order for Chicago to win, and Luol needa drop 15 to 20 while Ashton Kutcher/Kyle Korver needa go 3 for 5 from the Tre line.. Hawks are a talented team and Joe-Jo and J-Craw will score.. Key part of this game is Bogans and Brewer to hold those two scorers in check and the Bulls should be straight.. I'm gon call this one Bulls in 6.. (Could go 7 tho)..

OKC and Griz: Welp, no one expected Memphis to be here but they here and aint dissappointing yet since they smacked KD and them at they house.. Terrible.. Russ is niice but he gotta realize KD is the man, period, so hold off on how many shots he be taking a game (mainly jumpers).. No one, I repeat NO ONE, can hold Zach Randolph, point, blank, period.. OKC may needa do what the Hawks did with the Magic and let him get off but hold everyone else in check.. Perk and Ibaka gon have to hold down the paint like they posed to and KD will forever get off, Tony Allen too short to lock him up, he'll just shoot over him.. But we'll see how the series goes.. I'm gon call it OKC in 6..

Like a crip say, I got way too many Blues for anymore bad news.. This guy Osama Bin Laden finally was found and killed, I'm sure everybody and they Momma know.. ^Raise the Roof^.. Now people are acting like we done cured cancer or something.. Don't get me wrong, it's a great victory for America, more specifically, I feel for the families of the victims of the terroist attacks because maybe they have some sort of Peace now that they know that the mastermind behind the attacks has finally suffered consequences for their actions.. But, now we gotta realize the backlash that may spawn from this move.. We killed the leader, the controller, he wasn't the one doing the things, his followers were.. It's kinda along the same lines as a gang.. The dude at the top aint the most dangerous, it's the little folks under him that's doing the dirt so now they have no one telling them what to do so they have the potential to wile out, no Nick Cannon.. These followers may have the same resentment for Americans after this as Americans had for Muslims after 9/11, but the difference is most Americans weren't about to head to the Middle East and handle some business, while these people have the ability to, because this is what they are used to anyway.. Just putting things in perespective, not tryna scare folks, just shining on the real.. But my thinking is like who's gon rule now? It's now a matter of who can one-up the next guy for the leading position.. Folks don't need to be paranoid, just understand the possibilities.. But the ignorance/arrogance of some people kinda irritated me so I had to speak on it.. Just live your life (Rihanna voice)..

Looking like my playoff predictions are on point thus far.. Should be Negrodamus, ahahah.. Na but Playoffs are looking nice for reals, things getting chippy, that's always a goody.. Zaza really head butted JRich like 3 times, ahahhaha, that's G, he probably moves in silence like lasagna.. D.Howard always be getting them cheap shots in tho.. But umm, the C's smacked the Knicks, that series disappointing me man.. NY where you at? Melo can't do it solo, STAT and Big Shot Billups gotta get through these injuries and make this series competitve.. Much respect to the Heat for taking care of business on the verge of sweeping Philly, same with DRose and the Chitown Bulls.. Shouts out my Chitown lords by the way, JayB, DT and Dnice.. Lakers gon handle they biz in the next two, Portland gon come up on 4 in a row, bet.. Spurs as well.. Looking forward to seeing how the Thunder go do in the Mile High tho, with the altitude and shi, if Denver can get that W then this series should become interesting as it should be..

Since we on the NBA joint, let's touch on the ensuing lockout for next season.. I don't know all the specs and stuff but it's a money thing I'm pretty sure, because that's always the case.. The L wants the players to be paid less, cats be on that Spreewell talking bout they can't survive on just millions a year.. That's bull, I mean if you buying cars, houses, clothes and just splurging then you won't survive, point, blank, period.. There should be like a universal class for everyone called Money, to teach folks how to spend they money, invest to make interest for the future, instead of spending it on interest of the present.. But the lockout in general will probably happen, so we'll probably see a stalemate like we seeing in the NFL.. A lot of jobs on hold with lockouts man, if you take into account everything, from the stadium keep up, season ticket sales, advertisements during commercial breaks etc. It's going to be interesting to say the least..

NFL tho, man I feel sorry for the elite college football cats that have a promising career in the Pros but are basically being put on hold with this lockout.. Same situation over there with the money thing.. It's retarded, but it's reality.. Hope they get this mug resolved soon so we can get a football season next year, cuz I'd go bizerck (spellcheck) if baseball was the only thing on, sports wise..

Matta fact, how the MLB still alive? They be paying they players mad amounts of money, with no salary cap.. Makes 0 sense.. Oh well, shoulder shrug..

I'm gon drop a little something that I've realized.. Men often front to they boys that they aint feeling a chick or wouldn't even give her the time of day, but on the sly they be trying to, or have gotten at the chick.. OR.. They lie about who they've hit, or just randomly feel the need to tell you they hit a chick.. I've come to the realization that these niggas be lyin, ahahhaha.. Flipside.. Women front like they aint feeling a dude, that whole playing hard to get shi, so when the dude aint tryna work no more and they pick up a new chick, they automatically hate.. Shi ladies seem to not like each other in general, I don't get it.. Chicks can really be around another girl they don't really like, but if we kickflip, Dudes aint having that, I know if I don't like a dude I aint finna be around this guy unless we gon scrap..

One recent joint was the topic of the Title of Girlfriend/Boyfriend and what it means.. It's basically two things.. 1. You are low key obligated to communicate with that person, go on dates, hang out, all that stuff, and 2. It's a conscious to have one partner/so you won't cheat.. Quite simple, but that's basically what we marked it down to be.. Opinion, not Truth.. All it takes is for a person to not want one of these things and that'll be the end of that.. It's Curve Season so fellas, yall might start hearing some retarded excuses from these ladies..

For example.. If you ask a chick to hit a flick and she says she don't wanna go out, and you see her at a club that night, you got Curved.. Or if you ask a chick for her number and she says find me on Facebook, Curved.. Hahhaah.. Or if you getting in good with a chick, yall vibing, hitting on all cylinders, all that, and you decide to lock her up and she says she don't want a bf, Curved, you aint the only man she talking to patna.. A little bit of something, a whole lot of nothing..

Sup folks, you know with the NBA Playoffs jumpin off this weekend, I had to speak on it.. Throw my predictions and word bout the matchups and stuff.. Brace yourself, like overbite..

Start off with the East side of things first..

Orlando Magic and Atlanta Hawks: Decent matchup I believe.. No one can match up with Dwight "chocolate shoulders" Howard, as evident in game one.. Hawks are stacked with mad talent, but too much talent is a curse at times.. I think this series has the potential to go to 7 because if the Hawks play how they should then they can hang with the Magic with ease.. Joe Johnson is niice, and he needs to kill, as well as J Crawford.. To contend fully they need one or two more players to step up too like a Josh Smith and short ol Al Horford.. The strategy to just let Dwight kill and hold everyone else seemed to work in Atl's favor in Game 1, so well see what adjustments the Magic make in Game 2.. My call on this is Magic in 7..

Miami Heat and Philly 76ers: This isn't even a contest, or at least shouldn't be. I haven't seen the 6ers play all year, but I mean they playing the Miami Heat, ahahah.. It's gon be very hard for them to beat the Heat in a 7 game series.. Game 1 showed a little of what Philly can bring to the table as far as maybe making it a little hard for Mia, but they do have Bron Wade and (the never mentioned unless he has a bad game) Bosh.. Philly might can sneak one, maybe two in at home, but I'm gon call this one Heat 4-1..

Chicago Bulls and Indiana Pacers: First off, big ups to IE repper D.Collison for the Pacers.. He was Hoopin that first game too.. As far as the series goes, the Bulls had the best record, and best player in the regular season.. Therefore they basically should sweep this series, if things go how they posed to.. But it is the NBA, so anything can happen.. The Pacers had the whole game, until D.Rose did his thing and Korver hit that Trey, I mean some people scared now cuz they feel it gave the Pacers confidence, thinking they can hang with Chi.. I don't know Rose, but he seems like a super competitor so I'm sure he's gon rally up his team to not let that happen again.. This series could go 5 maybe even 6, but I'm gon put it on Rose to step up and bang on his team, and make this sweep happen.. Bulls in 4..

NY Knicks and Boston Celtics: This is easily my favorite matchup of the first round.. Call it the most intriguing because this is probably the only Series that is 50/50.. I should put it out that KG is my favorite player and I respect Ray Allen and Pierce game so I'm pullin for the C's, as I'd like to see them get one more with Shaq, cuz those are all "good guys" in the L.. At the same time tho, Melo game is sooo niice.. Illest triple threat player I've seen, cuz will rock you to sleep and pull up, stutter step, step back, rocker step, hezi out this World, to the rim, it don't matter, dude has a nice game offensively, prolly the best scorer in the L (debate me).. With all that being said tho, the question is the Knicks D, can they hold the C's? They have all the pieces to be a decent defensive team, besides a giant underneath, but they got athletic bigs in Turiaf and Amare that can contest at the rim so if they "buy in" (Coach Smith) to the D side they should be decent.. Boston just needs to do them and hold Melo and Amare a little bit, and make sure they completely lock up anyone else.. I wanna see this series go down to the wire every game as Game 1 displayed (Melo aint have to try and be a hero tho, ahahhaha).. So I'm callin this one Boston in 7.. (Watch Shaq get off when he come back too, ahaha)..

Left coast the best coast.. West Coast now..

San Antonio Spurs and Memphis Grizzlies: Game one was a nice lil suprise for me as it was for everyone else I'm guessing.. No one really seen the Griz taking game one for sure, but as I said earlier, it is the NBA.. The Cavs beat some top teams this season and no one woulda thought that neither.. But umm, Geee-no-billy aint even play, so I call that game one W a fluke, and the Spurs gon use they elderness and win the next 4 in a row.. So Spurs in 5..

Portland Trail Blazers and Dallas Mavericks: Very interesting matchup, this one can go either way too I think.. Dallas is another one of those teams that's stacked, like retardedly stacked, they got people on they squad I aint even know bout for a min, like Peja, really? Crazy, but they don't play no D ahaha, cept for Tyson Chandler.. Dirk is niice, but he's 7 foot and shoots jumpers, that's not a good move for the squad, he needa get some boards.. Flipside of things, Portland stacked too, Gerald Wallace is key in they success cuz he can lock Dirk and do all the dirty work, rebounds, blocks, run the floor, all the little stuff that teams need.. Aldridge is raw too, does all the things that Dirk should do, and that's why they gon win this series.. Think there's a possibility to go 7 but, I'm gon call Portland in 6.. Gon be some good games tho..

Los Angeles Lakers and New Orleans Hornets: Depending on whether Gasol or Gasoft shows up indicates which team will win the game.. Gasoft was present in Game One therefore the Lakers took a L.. My mans Ike pointed out that it seemed like LA aint even care that they was finna lose, I just took it as they are true vets and realize that this is only Game one, I'm not advocating taking the L, but I'm saying that they don't really need to trip, just do what they posed to do.. CP3 will kill DFish if they keep him on him for the whole series, that will be a problem, although I don't see Paul winning a game by himself if the Lakers come how they posed to.. I think they'll put Kobe on Paul kinda how they put Kobe on Russ last year, but well see.. Bench production is key for N.O. and that'll help them contend throughout the entire series.. Since they stole game 1, they got a little confidence, so I'm gon give them one more win, but I'll call the Lakers in 6..

Oklahoma Thunder and Denver Nuggets: My mans NeLoc put it best, "First to 150 wins the game" ahahaahha.. This is a high scoring matchup, everyone keeps saying that no D will be played, but game one had a billion blocks that I seen, so I wouldn't call it no D.. They put like 4 diff people on KD and he still murdered them, dude is just too raw, skinny and all.. And Russ will get off cuz he's too fast in the open floor.. Even tho Lawson and Ray Felton quick as well, they aint got the height to really bother Russ a lot.. Nuggets have 8 or 9 offensive threats, and Nene went crazy with the left hand bang ons tonight ahhahah.. He's very underrated, he can finish with either hand, decent size, and plays pretty good D.. There prolly will be a fight between him and Perk before the series over tho, should be funny.. The game tonight was controversial with that basket interference thing that gave the Thunder that go ahead bucket, there will probably be a Challenge Flag entrance into the NBA rules next season like the NFL.. But, I think the key for OKC is going to be bench production, the Nuggets got potential starters coming off the bench so there's an advantage for them, JHarden and Maynor gon have to bring bout 10-12 pts off the bench while Russ and KD get 35 each ahhaa in order to get the points.. Pretty good series I see brewing tho, I'm gon roll with OKC is 6, Nuggets don't have a closer.. Melo?.. Hahhaha..

Those are my calls, thus far, I think I'll speak on every round, or if my mind change or something I'll throw it out there.. Looks like it's gon be a lot of good games tho this year..

It's basically common knowledge now that I be laggin on the posts, so we'll skip that.. Wassup with the wassup tho? Gon switch it up a tad bit on this guy..

Iight so, it's pretty evident that I am a music head mos def.. More specifically I'm a lyrics guy, if an artist talking bout something and just hits me, I can run the joint back all day.. But umm, it's something about words having the power to illicit (spellcheck) emotion in the listener.. So dope to me.. And if you can throw that over a nice beat then it's easy money.. But umm, I've found myself to appreciate the art of writing, I wouldn't necessarily say that I'm niice at it, but I'm decent.. If I hear something, or read something, it'll just spark this random writing, in which I've coined, Brainwork.. But anyway..

I was on Face earlier, and this chick wrote on her status something along the lines of "why we always want what we can't have".. And this is what transpired from that..

Idk, I think that people have a lot to say, that they hold in, and this is a decent way to get it out.. I'd say to folks to just let stuff flow one day, it aint gotta rhyme or nothing, aint gotta be a rap, or poem, it's just words that mean something to you, and it might have the possibility to mean something to someone else, you never know.. Just let it flow.. Hahaha, low key just went sentimental, or philosophical on that, but umm, as you know how the river go..

Anywho, something real light.. And you know I gotta throw in a little music ahahhaa.. Jay Z linked up with Sade for that Moon and Sky remix and J completely murdered it.. He's prolly the only person that can even make that move, or have enough power/pull/stardom/complete geniousity (invented word, and what?) to make that connect happen, but that track is pure greatness.. I'm back, I'm back, I'm coo, I'm coo, VSquad representative..

Sup World? Been way too long since the kid laid something down.. Been laggin mad hard, but umm, I'm back on it.. Bet.. Shouts out to the folks who been in my ear bout me not bloggin too, shows that folks actually enjoy it, that's dope.. But umm, it's been a coooooo minute so let me catch yall up.. Warp Speed..

My Hoop season ended man, on a bad one, Semi Finals in the Conf Tourney, and with that my college career is over (barring some amazing paperwork, but we won't dive into that).. But umm, that L hurt, for reals.. I'm guessin I played decent from what everyone said, but I needed that W.. But, "can't dwell on the past, do well in the future" (D.No).. Easy.. So we on to the next venture.. Overseas? I'm wit it..

Schoo was workin the kid out tho to keep it funky.. Teach from this Environmental Racism class must've thought we was in High Schoo cuz she kept giving us mad tedious work, which I never did.. Dug myself a decent size hole, but climbed up out that mug.. Today actually is the first day of my break, matta a fact.. Had to wing my way through a presentation today, and I aint tryna sound cocky, but I murdered that shi (Weezy voice).. Hahhahaah.. Hopefully pulled an A tho, need that guy, to stay a C and up.. And pulled an 87% on my Final Test? What? Niice.. But yeh, kid now on Spring Break, prolly aint gon do nothing, ahahhaha.. Just tryna sleep.. Peep how cold my schoo played me tho.. My Spring Break is also our break between quarters.. Aint that boutta.. That got me low key hot, but oh well.. All in all, I think I'm pretty decent in my classes (Hopefully ahaha)..

And you know I got that LASERS, ohhh yeeeehhhh.. It's funny cuz, easily, 20 people hit me asking how I liked the album.. But umm, I'll drop my opinion later..

That's basically where we at now tho.. Let's speak on this Japan joint for a sec tho.. This stuff is getting kinda crazy, 2012 is low key happening ahahha.. I be joking bout that all the time but damn, just recently a few things done happened due to the climate, Hurricane, Earthquake, Earthquake/Tsunami/Nuclear Threat that kinda set aside the whole coincidence thing.. It's crazy man.. And my mans put me on with this conspiracy theory saying that if you add the two dates on 9/11/2001 and 3/10/2011 (Japan) they equal 12/21/2012 ("Doomsday").. WOW.. That's beyond crazy to me.. It's possible it could just be overthinking but the possiblility goes both ways.. Ya dig.. Either way tho, I'm going to Africa.. Hahhahahaha..

Aside from that tho, I been heavy with this music stuff man.. Been downloadin mad tapes lately.. So I'm gon throw out my opinion on these joints..

Jhene Aiko: Chick off that July song with Drake.. She is Japanese if you please ahaha, na but I mainly got the joint cuz she cute.. Pretty decent man, only spun twice.. But she gotta few tracks with someone name HOPE featured on em, he coo.. I'm guessing I should rate these 1-10, so I'll give this a 7 for now, til later spins..

Los: I aint got no tape or nothing from dude, but he kinda decent.. Heard him on Fall For Your Type, he killed that, went bananas, no ape, on this No Love freestyle vid I peeped a few weeks back.. Look out for dude I'd say.. Got decent range so I'll throw cuz a 7 for now..

Phil Ade: My cuz EPerry put me on.. Dude is niice.. Think he from DC, but he sound like Wale (flow, and voice low key).. But he got some real coo joints on his tape The Letterman.. Ones off top I digs is Worth Your Time and The Jacket.. I'll give dude a solid 8..

Mac Miller: I have no idea who this guy is, but Twitter was all over this guy so I had to listen.. I got like half way through the tape and was like na, I'm coo on dude.. He just sounds like a white guy trying to rap to me.. Grade at like a 5, he wasn't horrible to listen to, and I made it through like half which aint too bad..

Dom Kennedy: Again, Twitter made me get this, ahahah.. And my mans Buss said he was dope.. Ummmmm.. I made it to the 2nd song in the tape and that was it.. Wasn't feelin dude.. He reminds me of Game, but terrible, and his beats was wack.. Rating? 1

Pac Div: Heard these guys on XM up North in the van, so I decided to get they stuff.. Real decent man.. I'm a fan of groups, so that was already a plus.. They was iight tho man, I listened to the whole tape, so that's saying a lot ahahha.. Just rap about random stuff, so I'll give them a solid 7(.5).. Good music..

Travis Barker: I had to get this with all them features man.. CD was iiiight.. I thorougly liked about 3 or 4 joints.. One with Lu and Pharrell is dope as is the one with Bun B, Kobe and Beanie Sigel (Favorite).. I'll give this guy a 6 outta 10.. It's iight, it's just people on there I don't be feelin..

Kevin Mcall: Shouts to my mans Smitty who put me on this one.. I was feelin the first joint, so off that I'll give cuz a 8.. But rating had to go down to a 7, too much singing on there, I was confused if he was a gangster, or a rapper, or a singer.. But half the tape was decent so we stickin with a 7..

Lupe Fiasco: The long awaited LASERS dropped and you already know I went and copped that guy for $10.95 at Target.. Although it aint the usual Lu, it's still dope.. Certified.. He went more studio on this album, but I digs it cuz the label was all in his ear and on his head.. But you can still sense the "Super Lupe Lyrical" in the lyrics.. Hands down, favorite joint.. #1 with Sarah Green, Letting Go, appreciate that mug to the fullest, great track.. As far as a rating goes, I'm gonna go 9.. MDMA? I don't know who that is, but they got vocals, and they on like 3 or 4 songs..

That's all the music I can think of off the top tho.. Just my opinion, disregard it, take it, or whatever, don't matter to me.. I had something else brewing in my mind, but of course I done forgot it, so guess we'll leave it at that.. Look out for my mans Cali Buss, we dropping stuff this summer.. Bet.. Back at it after a little hiatus..

My bad folks, I been laggin on the entries.. Aint been on the comp as much, but we back.. Or he back, rather me back..

Let's start with the present and present the fact that it's Gameday!!!!!.. We got San Fran State tonight in the Eagles Nest and it's Homecoming.. Niiiiccceeee..

It's weird to me when people ask if I think we gon win.. Hahahha, like do you ever expect, or want, to lose in anything? I'm pretty sure I want to win every game I play in.. But maybe, I'm trippin..

Anyway, plan on getting the W tonight..

I caught via my Yahoo homepage, that the Egypt prez finally resigned.. That was a smart move since I figured he prolly had a billion hits out on him since he decided not to mention anything about resigning during his speech earlier in the week.. I know the Egyptian people was hot about that.. But I guess they happy as H now.. I don't know what's gon happen out there now, but I remember reading a couple weeks back that his son would take over I believe (could be wrong, but if I'm right, I'm not too sure that that'll make things better).. The aftermath of all that activity should be quite interesting, I'll try and follow it and see what's up..

This week has been interesting to say the least.. Took the hardest midterm of my life in that got dern Philosophy class.. I'm pretty sure the whole class was lost on that one.. Hahhahahaha.. It was essay/short answer format, which kinda helps the student (i feel), cuz you at least earn a few points off just straight bullin your answer versus on a multiple choice you either right or wrong.. Well see what the results of that guy are prolly next week.. I'm pushin for at least a C.. Mm hmm..

The kid got hit with another short answer midterm that following day.. That one wasn't as bad, but it was kinda bad ahahaha.. Maybe I'll pull at least a C as well on that one.. Shoulder shrug.. I'm beyond over schoo.. But umm..

That Big Sean J.Cole concert was last night at my schoo.. And that shi was soooo tight.. "It was a gang of b*****s" ahahhaha.. Na, but it was real coo man (and it was some nice looking chicks, most prolly don't go to my schoo tho, or they in hiding, I'm coo on that tho).. 2nd concert I've ever been to.. Big Sean was iiiight to me, like he had some coo tracks or whatever.. But after watching him last night, he made my list of "decent artists" ahahah.. He a little ass nigga, but he was a coo performer.. His 6's was cold as hell too.. The comedians they had was funny too, made the show that much more tight.. J.Cole finished the night off, and if you know me, you know I'm laid back, lazyboy chair style, but that nigga had me hyped.. Hahahha.. The chick next to me had to be hot cuz I kept bumpin her with my "Superhero shoulders" ahahha.. She was coo tho, she was low key rockin with me.. Shouts out my Team that made it too B, Ling Ling, Smitty, O, and JayNado.. But umm, back to the show, I must've recorded like 75% of Coles set.. That shi was dope, rapped damn near every song, his DJ was tight, hit a lil solo, reminded me of Q in Juice.. Hahahhaha.. All in all, a real good night/show.. Tempted to hit Sutra in Irvine Saturday night to see Cole perform again but idk bout that one.. He's a good performer, but as far as it stands, Lupe, to me, performs the best.. But my list of acts I've seen is limited to Big Sean, Lu, and Cole, so my say aint much..

Watching the performances tho, made the kid really wanna step in this music game heavy.. I aint tryna rap really, but I just wanna be somewhere in the mix, just feel like that shi would be mad fun.. If my mans stop bullin, we might can make somethin happen.. I'm cosigning my mans Cali Buss.. So go to iTunes, myspace, facebook, twitter, youtube, wherever to hear this guy, I swear he's nice, real nice.. Just gotta get to the right spot, and I'm tryna make that happen.. Yep, put it on my short list of goals..

Aside from all that, on the real I'm over here stuck with how to fix this situation I got goin on.. Vibe aint clickin like it was about a week ago.. I got a major move that should go through, but contemplating whether or not to make it.. Gotta think about this one..
